Rename Account

Rename your account via Web

1. Go to www.myxeno.com in your browser and select 'LOGIN'
2. Select the account you want to rename
3. Select the 'Manage Account' tab in the top right corner of the screen
4. Click 'Rename Account' in the drop-down menu
5. Input a new account name
6. Click 'Save' to update your account name

Rename your account via App

1. Log in to your XENO Profile
2. Select the account where you want to rename
3. Select the three dots in the top right corner to view more options
4. Select 'Rename Account' in the drop-down menu
5. Input a new account name
6. Click 'Update' to save your account name
