XENO does not handle your money at all. Like all regulated investment managers, we are required by the regulator to appoint an independent custodian bank licensed by the Bank of Uganda or the Central Bank of Kenya. The custodian bank holds your money and maintains an accurate record of your deposits and the investments we purchase for you.

Our appointed custodian banks keep all your investments in segregated accounts for added security and will never mix them with their assets. Your investments and any un-invested cash are therefore protected in the unlikely event that either XENO or a custodian decides to exit the market for any reason. If this were to happen, your segregated account would be re-assigned to be managed by another regulated financial institution by the regulator (the Capital Markets Authority) and you would be kept informed.
