Create a Profile via Web

1. Go to www.myxeno.com
2. Click the 'Start Investing' button on the page
3. To invest as an individual, select 'By Myself' or choose from the other options to invest with more than one person.
4. Select the Goal you want to start investing in
5. Input your email and verify it with a code
6. Input your phone number and verify it with a code
7. Insert your personal details
8. Upload a photo of your ID and profile picture

Create a Profile via App

1. Download the XENO App from your mobile app store
2. Open the app and select 'Join'
3. Select your country
4. To invest as an individual, select 'By Myself' or choose from the other options to invest with more than one person.
5. Select the Goal you want to start investing in
6. Input your email and verify it with a code
7. Input your phone number and verify it with a code
8. Insert your personal details
9. Upload a photo of your ID and profile picture

Create a Profile in USSD

1. Dial *165*5*7#
2. Accept the XENO terms and conditions.
3. Set your XENO Pin
4. Re-enter your XENO Pin to confirm
5. Select 1. Start Investing
6. Choose your investment preference: #1 Personal
7. Select your financial goal, such as building a home, owning a home, funding education, etc.
8. Choose the frequency at which you want to save toward your goal: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or just once.
9. Specify the amount you'd like to invest each month, week or day.
10. Authorise XENO to deduct selected amount for the specified period.
11. Enter your Mobile Money PIN on your phone to confirm your deposit.
12. Congratulations! You have successfully completed the XENO sign-up process.
