How to set a new PIN via USSD (If you remember your old PIN)

1. Dial *65*5*7#
2. Enter Your PIN
3. Select 6. Change PIN
4. Enter new PIN twice to confirm your new PIN
5. Congratulations! Your new PIN is set 

How to Reset Your PIN via USSD (If you have forgotten it)

1. Call customer care line: 0392177488
2. The Customer Care Personnel will take you through a couple of security questions
3. You will receive a one-time OTP PIN to enter your account
4. Dial *165*5*7# and Select 1. Enter your temporary PIN
5. Enter Your New XENO PIN twice to confirm the new passcode
6. Select 1. Main Menu to access your XENO Profile
