Withdraw from your goal

Withdraw via Web

1. Go to www.myxeno.com and select 'Login' at the top right to get inside your profile.
2. Once logged into your profile, click on the account you want to withdraw from.
3. Once inside your account, click on the goal you want to withdraw from.
4. Once inside your goal, scroll down to the Withdraw Money option.
5. Once inside the Withdraw Money, follow the prompts.

Withdraw Funds via App

1. Log into your XENO Profile
2. Once logged into your profile, select the account (use Switch Account) you want to withdraw from.
3. Once inside your account, scroll to the goal you want to withdraw from.
4. Once inside your goal, select the three dots at the top right corner.
5. Select the Withdraw Money option, and follow the prompts

[For Uganda Only] Withdraw Funds via MTN USSD

1. Dial *165*5*7#
2. Enter your XENO Pin
3. Select 1. My Goals
4. Select the account you and the goal you want to withdraw from
5. Select 3. Withdraw
6. Select 1. One Time Withdraw 
7. Select where to receive your money 1. Mobile Money or 2. Bank
8. Enter the amount to withdraw
9. Select 1. Confirm your withdraw

*Note: Withdrawals from your goal can only be made to your personal Bank Account, MTN Mobile Money Wallet, or Safaricom M-PESA. We do not deposit to Airtel Money. We will not transfer funds to Accounts with names that do not match your XENO profile.
