How do I deposit money to my XENO goal?

There are several ways to accomplish this:

Deposit to Your Goal via Web

1. Go to www.myxeno.com in your browser and select 'LOGIN'
2. Log in to your XENO profile using your email or your phone number
3. Click the 'Deposit' button at the top right of your screen
4. Select to deposit from either 'Bank' or 'Mobile Money'
5. Select the account and goal you would like to deposit into.
6. Enter the amount of money to deposit
7. For 'Mobile Money' enter the number from which you want like to initiate a deposit and follow the prompts.
8. For 'Bank' copy the Bank Transfer Details and remember to always quote your goal number when you make a transfer to the bank account provided on this page and email a confirmation to uganda@myxeno.com or kenya@myxeno.com.

Deposit to Your Goal via App

1. Log in to your XENO Profile
2. Select the 'Deposit' icon at the bottom of your screen
3. Choose a deposit option from either 'Bank' or 'Mobile Money'
4. Select the account and goal you would like to deposit into
5. Enter the amount to deposit
6. For 'Mobile Money' insert the number from which you would like to initiate a deposit
7. For 'Bank' copy the Bank Transfer Details and remember to always quote your goal number when you make a transfer to the bank account provided on this page and email a confirmation to uganda@myxeno.com or kenya@myxeno.com.

[For Uganda only] Deposit to Your Goal via USSD

1. Dial *165*5*7#
2. Select 1. Make Deposit
3. Select 1. For Self
4. OR 2.For Another User
5. Select the Account and the Goal to receive your deposit
6. Enter the amount to deposit
7. Insert your mobile money pin to confirm your deposit to your goal.
