Pause AutoSaves via App
Step 1: Login to your XENO Profile
Step 2: Select AutoSave at the top right corner
Step 3: A list of all your AutoSaves will be shown
Step 4: Select AutoSave by provider – (Bank in this case)
Step 5: On the single AutoSave view, select options, select pause AutoSave
Step 6: Provide a reason why you would like to pause your AutoSave
Step 7: Enter a security code sent by your Bank to your phone number to approve your monthly direct debit.
Step 8: Your direct debit is paused.
