Cancel AutoSaves via Web

Step 1: Login to your XENO Profile

Step 2: Select AutoSave at the top right corner

Step 3: A list of all your AutoSaves will be shown

Step 4: Select AutoSave by provider – (Bank or Mobile Money)

Step 5: On the single AutoSave view, select options > Cancel AutoSave

Step 6: Provide a reason why you would like to Cancel your Autosave

Step 7: Enter a security code sent by your Bank to your phone number to approve your monthly direct debit.

Step 8: Your direct debit is Cancelled.

Step 1: Login to XENO App

Step 2: Press AutoSave icon

 

Cancel AutoSaves via USSD

Step 1: Dial *165*5*7#

Step 2: Select Option ‘3’ AutoSave

Step 3: Select Option ‘2’ View AutoSaves’

Step 4: Select the goal with AutoSave

Step 5: Select Option ‘3’ Cancel
